PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN,KOMPENSASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI KASUS DI MAYA UBUD RESORT & SPA

Abstract


The research is aimed to find the influence between training, communication and working environment to employee’s working performance. The hypothesis which is proposed are (1) leadership is positively influencing employee’s working performance,(2) compensation is positively influencing employee’s working performance, (3) working environment is positively influencing employee’s working performance and (4) compensation is the variable that dominantly influencing to employee’s working performance.
The research uses survey approach which examining the hypotesis with statistic and giving explanation the relationship between variable. The population of this research are the employees of Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. The data collected by spreading questionnaire in to 100 respondent who work as an employee.The technique which is used for analysis is multiple regression.
Based on hipotesis test, by using ANOVA shows Ftest = 32,589 > F table = 2,695 with sig. F = 0,000 (p< 0,05). It means that there is the influence simoultaneously between leadership, compensation, and working environment into employee’s working performance.
The result shows that the coefficient for leadership (b1), compensation (b2), working environment (b3) which have positives value at 0,329 ; 0,074 ; and 0,508. It shows that whole independent variables leadership (b1), compensation (b2), working environment (b3) simultaneously have positive influence to dependent variable (employee’s working performance). Those are prove contrastly by the result of statistic calculation in the first).
Leadership (X3) influences dominantly to employee’s working performance at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa, compared with another independent variables such as : leadership (X1) and compensation (X2), where standardized regression coefficient beta () for compensation (0,508whether standardized regression coefficient beta () for leadership ( 0,398and standardized regression coefficient beta () for compensation ( 0,074Generally, the total contribution that is given by independent variable (leadership (X1); compensation (X2); working environment (X3) simultaneously together to dependent variable (employee’s working performance (Y);
The result’s of this research gives consideration to management in adjusting Leadership system to be accepted for whole organization lines, and also gives attention to leadership, compensation, and working environment so that the employee’s working performance could be improved and equal into company’s long term expectation.
